Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: 21 August 2026
By accessing the Penn+ website, using its WhatsApp journey, submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Platform role
Penn+ is a women’s wellness platform that helps users discover and connect with independent professionals in nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, fitness and mental wellness. Penn+ supports discovery, communication and booking coordination.
Penn+ does not replace emergency care, diagnosis, treatment or advice from an appropriately licensed medical provider. Information on the website is general and should not be treated as an individual diagnosis.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide accurate and current information when requesting a consultation or using Penn+ services. Services are primarily intended for adults. A parent or lawful guardian must participate where a service is requested for a person under 18.
You are responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for your circumstances and for sharing relevant information with the selected professional.
Bookings and availability
Expert availability, consultation duration, service scope, follow-up arrangements and prices may differ. A booking is confirmed only after the required details and applicable payment are completed and confirmation is issued.
Appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled because of expert availability, technical issues or unavoidable circumstances. Penn+ will communicate available alternatives where reasonably possible.
Independent professional guidance
Each expert is responsible for working within their verified qualifications and applicable professional rules. Recommendations are based on the information available during the consultation.
Wellness outcomes differ between individuals. Penn+ and its professionals do not guarantee a particular health, fitness, emotional or financial outcome.
Penn+ is not an emergency service. For urgent medical or mental-health emergencies, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest appropriate healthcare facility.
Fees, payments and cancellations
Applicable fees should be reviewed before payment. Payment may be handled by an external payment provider under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility may depend on the selected service, notice provided, expert availability and whether a consultation or programme has already begun. The applicable conditions communicated at booking form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, automation, booking channels, expert identities or Penn+ content. Prohibited activity includes harassment, impersonation, fraudulent bookings, unauthorised access, interference with platform operation, and copying or commercial reuse without permission.
Penn+ may restrict or end access where misuse, safety risk, fraud or material breach is identified.
Intellectual property
Penn+ branding, website design, copy, graphics and platform materials belong to Penn+ or their respective licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial access to the service unless written permission is provided.
Third-party services
The platform may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, payment services or other third-party tools. Penn+ does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their separate availability, terms or privacy practices.
Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Penn+ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform interruption, third-party services, information supplied by the user, or conduct outside Penn+ control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform develops or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later activity.
Questions and disputes
For questions about these terms, a booking or a service issue, contact Penn+ through its official WhatsApp or contact channel. We encourage users to raise concerns promptly so they can be reviewed.
