Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 21 August 2026
Penn+ is an online women’s wellness platform that helps users discover and connect with professionals in nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, fitness and mental wellness. This policy applies to information handled through the Penn+ website, WhatsApp communication and platform-supported booking journey.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies when you browse Penn+ pages, select a wellness area, send a WhatsApp message, submit enquiry or booking details, contact support, or communicate with Penn+ about joining as an expert.
When you follow a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, a payment service or another third-party service, that provider may separately process information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use Penn+, we may receive:
- Name, mobile number, preferred language and contact details.
- Wellness area selected, enquiry text, consultation preference and availability.
- Basic profile or booking details submitted through WhatsApp automation.
- Payment status, transaction reference and billing-related records. Penn+ does not intend to store complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
- Messages, support requests, feedback and communication history.
- Limited technical information such as browser type, device type and website usage data when analytics or security tools are enabled.
- For expert applicants: identity, qualification, registration, experience and professional-profile information required for verification.
How we use information
- Guide you to a relevant wellness category or professional.
- Arrange, confirm, reschedule and support consultations.
- Send booking updates, reminders and service messages.
- Maintain payment, support and operational records.
- Verify and manage wellness-professional profiles.
- Protect users, experts and the platform from fraud or misuse.
- Improve our website, WhatsApp flow and service experience.
- Meet applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.
Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it by contacting Penn+. This does not affect processing already completed and may limit our ability to continue a requested service.
Wellness and consultation information
Information you voluntarily share may concern health, diet, symptoms, emotions or lifestyle. Share only what is relevant and what you are comfortable providing.
Information discussed directly with an independent expert may also be handled by that professional under their professional duties and applicable laws. Penn+ is a connection and service-coordination platform, not an emergency service.
Do not send urgent medical or mental-health emergency information through routine WhatsApp booking. Contact local emergency services or the nearest appropriate healthcare facility.
Retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, record keeping, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, messaging platform or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Never share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or unnecessary identity documents.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may request access information, correction, deletion where appropriate, withdrawal of consent, stopping optional marketing, or review of a privacy grievance.
You may stop marketing messages by replying “STOP”. Essential booking, payment, safety and service communications may continue while a service is active.
Children’s information
Penn+ services are primarily intended for adults. A parent or lawful guardian should participate when a service is requested for a person under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Penn+ services, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain published with its effective date.
Privacy questions and grievances
To request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, contact Penn+ and begin your message with “Privacy Request”.
